Excellent, professional, and all around awesome experience at Baleigh Mack Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. Stephanie is absolutely fabulous, so gentle, and is always so kind and friendly! I actually enjoy going to the dentist now! When Dr. Baleigh comes by the check me out after a cleaning, I know she is being thorough and does it all with a smile on her face. The ladies checking and checking out are friendly and fast! 5 stars, no notes! Great job to everyone!
Dr. Mack is very kind and makes you feel very comfortable. Nicki does a great job with the cleanings, and she is very engaging which helps the time pass quickly. I highly recommend them!!
Love this office! Enjoyed my appointment as much as you can when getting a crown. Very friendly & helpful staff & Dr. Mack is so sweet & professional. She took excellent care of me!! Highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dentist!
I can’t say enough good things about this office! Since my very first visit, from the front desk, to the dental assistant, all the way to Dr.Baleigh - they are the sweetest ladies. They stay on top of my dental care and send frequent reminders but not too many where it becomes an annoyance. They make me feel like they are genuinely interested in how I am doing, always asking about my family and work. I am very grateful to have found such an amazing dentist.
Stephanie is always the best! So friendly and professional! I have been goi g to them for over 15 years and I would definitely recommend them to whoever is looking for a great dentist in Longview!
