I went to Dr.Ramgopal and I had a cleaning and a crown replacement done. I have been asked to pay close to 900 dollars out of my pocket apart from insurance coverage. I was never given an estimate at the beginning and I have learnt a lesson to always to talk upfront of your charges . The unpleasant experience is where the doctor throws a random number to pay and once you ask questions ,they try to reduce the cost . I had been searching around for a dentist that could see my mother with her. Being in a wheelchair it has been very difficult. This office is very clean and the people are very friendly. And I was very pleased by their customer service thank you
