I just switched to Gentle Family Dentistry and today was my first time having any work done by them. I highly recommend this practice! Everyone is very friendly and caring. I have not had the best experiences at past practices and have major anxiety around dentist visits specifically getting any work done. Today I had a cavity filled and a root canal and I can honestly say my anxiety was the worst part. Everyone is so kind and helpful here! They take their time to explain everything to you and answer any questions you may have. They never keep me waiting long and they always make it a point to ask me how I'm doing in general and when they are working on my mouth. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful staff and experience today. I am new to the area and this was my first experience in the office . I have been fortunate that I have not had much dental work in my life . When they informed me that I needed a crown, I was very nervous and apprehensive . Dr. Adam Arria and staff were professional and extremely kind. The procedure was quick and painless. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs .
Both the doctor and assistant were the most attentive and gentle. They explained everything before each step of the process. I am generally very anxious going to the dentist, but they wre very reassuring and made today much better experience than any other.
Have always had GREAT experiences here. Literally no pain, at all. Never felt the numbing needles, never felt any discomfort that wasn't resolved immediately during procedures (5 cavities at one time and additional root canal in different visit) and had literally zero pain once the meds wore off. Great, calm environment with large tvs in the rooms playing beautiful countryside reels, not to mention a super sweet staff. Definitely recommend 10 times over!
