I can’t say enough positive things about Gentle Family. The first visit was to correct a bite issue from another dentist, who I did not want to go back to due to a poor experience. They were so understanding and did an adjustment we hoped would work. It ended up not and I had to get the cavity removed and redone. My appt was at noon and I was done at 12:15. Terrible experience with Gentle Family Dentistry in Stephens City. They canceled my appointment without giving me any notice, yet still charged my insurance as if I had been seen. Then they had the nerve to try to bill me directly on top of that. When I called to clear it up, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They purposely left me on hold for an extended time, clearly hoping I would hang up. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful. I strongly recommend avoiding this office.

Dr. Sauni and his staff are absolutely amazing! The office is sparkling clean very comfortable. The entire process is smoith and easy. Iam beyond terrified of the whole dental process and they were extremely patient and kind. I highly recommend them for dental needs!
