Not gentle. Office staff has contempt for people, and defaults to disbelief out of ignorance of basic medical conditions. Cognitive errors, willful ignorance, and bullying are profitable for this dental office, I guess. Feb 23rd Nidia is acting terribly by scoffing at medical diagnosis, and advice I received on why sedation is not appropriate for my condition. BEST DENTIST OFFICE IN TOWN!!! I would like to state that we aren't established patients here but my husband had a dental emergency on Father's Day of all days. We called 2 DOZEN dentists looking for help. Dr. Persky was so helpful and kind AND the only one who answered. She went out of her way on a HOLIDAY to help us. My husband was able to been seen by a root specialist THAT day!! I can't say enough great things about this dentistry! Very nervous about dentists in general but Dr. Uvaydov and her staff are awesome they treated me with respect and kindness. I needed alot of work done and I was taken care of. The work I had done was perfect. I love the doctors and the assistants here, the only trouble I have ever had is with Nidia at the front desk. There have been times where shes given me physical paper card appointments that she wrote down the dates/times, I had shown up only for it not to be scheduled for that date. I thought it was an accident until it happened twice. As of late I had spoke to her a few weeks ago about canceling my appointments because I had moved out of state, I remember her being really nice and being cheerful towards me before we hung ... read more

Amazing dental service, if you can get past the front desk. Unfortunately it sours an otherwise great experience. Be prepared for errors in scheduling, billing, and insurance. I prepaid in full for work and received a collections notice over 6 months later without former notice from the office. I also had an appointment "cancelled" but had no idea because they called the wrong number. These were unfortunately not isolated incidents. Be aware of this and act accordingly.
