Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had. After a long absence from seeing the dentist, I was having some complicated tooth trouble. They could not have been more accommodating by scheduling me right away. The entire staff is welcoming and professional with ZERO judginess. Dr. Potts is very personable and straightforward. Dr. Potts is the best dentist I have had in the United States. My previous US dentist used cheap products, matched colors poorly, and did a terrible job of putting in crowns - he even ground off one of my natural teeth instead of fixing the placement of a crown! UGH! A German dentist fixed multiple issues when I lived there for a year in 2015. In 2016, I found Dr. Potts - and I am sooooo happy I did! I have been going to Dr. Potts office for years. He is incredibly meticulous and has done some great work on my teeth. I also can’t say enough about Stacy, my dental Hygienist….I love going in twice a year for the cleanings; she is kind, thoughtful, and best of all thorough. Everyone there is super nice, from Casey to Brandy. I recently conducted my first visit with Dr. Potts and team. The staff was inviting and kind. The dental care was fantastic. Extremely professional, everything was explained to me from what they saw on my charts to what was going to happen next. I highly recommend this dental practice, it was a wonderful experience.
