We love Dr. Potts. He has been a wonderful dentist for our kids for over 5 years now. He pays attention to details and has helped with emergency situations with care, concern, and professionalism. The staff is always kind and helpful. Can’t say enough. Thankful for everyone there!
I had my annual appointment at Dr. Potts’ office, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you notice how welcoming and thoughtfully designed the space is; it doesn’t feel cold or clinical at all. Dr. Potts and his staff are one of the most caring groups I know. Each staff member makes you feel like family as they are genuinely concerned about your overall health and well-being. They are invested in their patients as individuals as they focus on making them feel comfortable and welcome during their visit. Highly recommend!
Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had. After a long absence from seeing the dentist, I was having some complicated tooth trouble. Dr. Potts is the best dentist I have had in the United States. My previous US dentist used cheap products, matched colors poorly, and did a terrible job of putting in crowns - he even ground off one of my natural teeth instead of fixing the placement of a crown! UGH! A German dentist fixed multiple issues when I lived there for a year in 2015. In 2016, I found Dr. Potts - and I am sooooo happy I did!
