Dr Potts and his staff are absolutely the best I have ever seen in my life. I am usually someone who gets nervous at the dentist, but Dr. Potts and his incredible staff completely changed that for me. It won't take you long to love and trust the dentist and staff here. They are so genuine, friendly, kind, caring people. They don't try to talk you into unnecessary work. They give an honest report and let you decide. I'm so grateful to have paid attention to "The Best of Norman" awards and found them!

Great group - they make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed while getting your teeth worked on. Kylie, my whole family’s hygienist, is incredible! Dr Potts and the staff along with the Boomer Sooner memorabilia throughout makes it one of my favorite medical offices to visit.

So caring and compassionate gives grace and takes time, super patient and willing to give every option a try if that's what the patient wants. Still gives his superior advice and recommendations. Love the staff and the facility as a whole! 💜

Loved the dentist and his assistant. Very upset that the front staff told me that they took my insurance but did not mention they were out of network for my insurance. It didn't make sense until I saw another dentist and had the work done for $350 cheaper and they told me the difference. Very upsetting that they were not honest and up front about being out of network with my insurance.
