The dentist and most of the staff were pleasant, professional, and genuinely great with kids. We were initially very impressed by the way they interacted with our child and explained procedures thoroughly and kindly. The dentist in particular was detailed, personable, and clearly cares about patient comfort and understanding. Unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by one staff member—the financial coordinator, who appeared to be in her 40s. Took my 2 year old daughter for her first dental checkup. Such a wonderful experience! Didnt even feel like a dental office, i came in nervous to see how my daughter would be, not an issue at all, they were so nice and kind to her! During her cleaning the young lady gave my daughter reassurance and showed her step by step what she was doing to her which made my daughter feel so welcomed and not scared . Definitely recommend this office! so happy we found this location!!
Both of my children go here and they are wonderful with the children. I am well pleased with their services. They were informative of each step, to ensure the child was aware of what was going to happen next without causing any trauma. Since one of my children has severe anxiety with dentist. The only thing that was negative, they gave her the wrong flavor than what was asked so it caused her to have a panic attack when her mouth tingled, up until that point everything was very good. The office and all staff are the best I have seen! If you have a child with special needs, this is THE place to go! Every step of the way in my son's appointment today, he was met with compassion and understanding. They listened to my concerns, gave a clear game plan for his treatment, and again, delivered it all with compassion!
I would like to share my feedback experience at this location…fist I would like to thank Alessandra for her amazing to say the least service and care for my 9 year old daughter, she was the most amazing person we ever met at any dentist location ever….she gain the confidence of my frightening little girl, she overcome all of my daughter’s fears and gain her trust….it was amazing to see !!!!!
