Office managers are AMAZING! Front desk staff needs to be a little more professional. Dentists and dental assistant (Oksana specifically), are so kind and make a patient feel at ease. Compared to corporate dentistry, I would choose Harbor every single time. They are honest and not trying to take advantage of the patient. Historically I do not like going to the dentist but as of today, I do mind thanks to the staff at Harbor.

I was a customer. They did the same thing twice. They lied to me twice. Bad experience. Let the wrath of God kill them all. Beloved, do not avenge yourselves, but give place to the wrath of God. For it is written, Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.

Needed two teeth removed and they were available and ready to do so as soon as possible, I was battling cancer and had to postpone treatment in order to have the teeth removed. The process was fast and painless.

They were very kind and gentle as they could be under the circumstances. Someone had dropped the ball in regards to calling in my prescription in to Kaiser Pharmacy. I ended up waiting for over an hour to get my prescription. I will continue to use them as my Dentist.

Very warm and inviting Dentist office. Very good Customer service. Staff very knowledgeable and efficient. Felt safe. Staff met all of my expectations. Thank you!!
