The office manager, Norma was very friendly and helpful. My new insurance was verified and explained in detail. Natasha was did an amazing job with my 8 year old daughter. The most comforting hygienist I have ever experienced. I have high dental anxiety and Natasha knew how to navigate me through my entire visit. Dr. Alex was also great and we are scheduled to return for our next cleaning! Great job Harbor Dental.
It was my partner and I’s first visit at this dentist and they were great. Irena was very helpful and knowledgeable, the doctor who checked us out was fast and the assistants were very sweet and thorough. We will be using this dentist for our family from now on. Highly recommend.
Had to go in as a "walk-in" with my daughter. They did an amazing job ! She's terrified of going to the dentist and here she didn't need me at all. They treated us right as soon as we walked in the door. The staff is amazing👏 ! Definitely doing all our appointments there.
I'm not happy with the outcome, they're not sorry or compassionate for waisted my time, money, and teeth 💰, no apologies for a bad job done.. (maybe they were good for just cleaning...), but. not sure if I can recommend it, it's your choice. But for sure they are polite and friendly 🫡
My hygienist today was great. Yelena gave a good thorough cleaning and was very informative. She also recommended some whitening products and even showed me a good technique when flossing. I actually have great hygiene and she complimented me several times during my appointment. Thanks again for the cleaning. See you in 6 months.
