The gold standard of dental practices! The building is super clean, organized, and state of the art, but remarkably doesn't feel cold and sterile. In fact, I'd describe it as inviting!! I came into Hastings as a new patient and came out as a friend. They were very professional using the most up to date equipment and techniques. All I have are positive comments. The building is beautiful and the treatment rooms have big windows that look out into such a nice wooded area. Dr. Hastings was wonderful, very understanding and kind, and his assistant was wonderful and so personable. The entire staff so friendly and accommodating. I made the right choice going here. I wish I had known of this place when I was 20 years old.
I went for my initial new patient visit today. Everyone there was wonderful and made me feel relaxed and welcome during the entire visit. Also love the view out the window of the exam rooms. Everyone I interacted with during my visit today explained what and why of everything they did, and were very clear on my options for treatment going forward. I’ve definitely found my new dentist!
