My first time to use Innovative Dental! It was a lovely experience! Had my first teeth cleaning with Eric! Very light handed & patient & explained everything he was doing! Met Dr Alexander very pleasant experience as he explained all that had to be done in the future & front office staff are super nice & helpful! I like the clinic cuz it’s modern equipment being used. I was forever with a clinic since the 80’s in a building that did not have modern equipments!

My experience at this dental office was absolutely outstanding! I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment due to its convenient location near my workplace, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were incredibly attentive and even got me in ahead of time. The dentists were exceptionally knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and offer thoughtful, personalized treatment options based on my concerns. Extremely Excellent Customer service. Safety was the biggest priority (constantly asking me how I was holding up, and did I need a quick break.) All procedures and everything else was explained to me thoroughly. Accolades and degrees were hanging everywhere to make the patients feel that they are in good professional hands. They will definitely make you feel like you are part of their dental family for the short amount of time that you spend with them on your dentist appointment.

I broke my front tooth on Saturday I called around and this was the only place that called me back The receptionist is great. I had high hopes since looking for a new a new DDS Saw the dentist for 3 minutes ahe tells me I need 3 crowns and to come back tomorrow I have insurance which helps but I also cannot take off work like that. I asked for a temporary filing so I can eat and look normal while I schedule an appointment and come back. The dentist as the dental assistant to put in a temporary. I had emergency appointment. Front desk , especially Linda were very accommodating, calling back as promised and they were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day! And Dr. Vilderman was professional as always assisted by Rena who’s very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Innovative Dental .
