Extremely Excellent Customer service. Safety was the biggest priority (constantly asking me how I was holding up, and did I need a quick break.) All procedures and everything else was explained to me thoroughly. Accolades and degrees were hanging everywhere to make the patients feel that they are in good professional hands. They will definitely make you feel like you are part of their dental family for the short amount of time that you spend with them on your dentist appointment.

I moved to San Rafael 7 years ago and my husband and I still drive into the city to go to innovative dental. We have been going to this dental office for almost 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. They are kind, polite, friendly and supportive of your not really feeling great about seeing a dentist.

Pros: All the staff members were very friendly. Cons: - The equipment and office space is really old and gave me a creepy vibe. They use paper forms, do not have an online portal, and are really old school. Send your grandma and grandpa here. - The dentist I met was very to the textbook. That might be your cup of tea, but I prefer someone who is more intuitive / strategic and considers past history.

I have been going to Innovative Dental for many many years. They are very professional and do their best to accommodate. I am definitely NOT an easy patient. And they always go way out of their way to do right by me. Had my Invisaligns done here and I lost trays several times. I have done implants, crowns, and other work that was as painless as can be. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alex Vilderman and the team at Innovative Dental! I had a veneer unexpectedly fall off and was in a bit of a panic. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, Dr. Vilderman went out of his way to accommodate me and took care of the issue right away.
