Extremely Excellent Customer service. Safety was the biggest priority (constantly asking me how I was holding up, and did I need a quick break.) All procedures and everything else was explained to me thoroughly. Accolades and degrees were hanging everywhere to make the patients feel that they are in good professional hands. They will definitely make you feel like you are part of their dental family for the short amount of time that you spend with them on your dentist appointment.
I moved to San Rafael 7 years ago and my husband and I still drive into the city to go to innovative dental. We have been going to this dental office for almost 10 years and have nothing but good things to say about all the staff. They are kind, polite, friendly and supportive of your not really feeling great about seeing a dentist.
I have been going to Innovative Dental for many many years. They are very professional and do their best to accommodate. I am definitely NOT an easy patient. And they always go way out of their way to do right by me. Had my Invisaligns done here and I lost trays several times. I have done implants, crowns, and other work that was as painless as can be. Everyone were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The dentist was honest with me and weren't trying to up sale me anything like some other dental offices. I will make this place my permanent dentist.
Please listen to the other reviewers. They said I had 4 cavities and needed a crown. Went back to my old dentist traveled to see him. He was in shock they recommended a crown and said I had 1 cavity. When I was at their office I think every patient walking out was told to get a crown. Anyone who reads these reviews please listen to me and the others. I don’t know what their spiel is but I think it’s a money grab operation.
