I had an Emergency 🚨 Experience with my sister, Dr. Spero and his team at Mission 🦷 Dental is South Pasadena , Ca immediately answered all our questions regarding my sisters tooth pain! Dr. Spero made fast and easy to understand the process, we were in and out in no time! I purchased a Groupon, called their office and set up an appointment with the receptionist, just like Groupon recommended. I went to my appointment and only after I arrived she told me that I am ineligible for the teeth cleaning because I was there 3 years ago....I said hey I'm already here and you setup this appointment for me can you please help me out as a courtesy.. the receptionist wouldn't budge and had a nasty attitude. Wouldn't recommend this place. They are horrible with people with no customer service skills.

I am super phobic! Dr. Spero and all his staff made the terrifying experience feel so easy and comfortable. I experienced no pain during my procedure. They are super friendly and very cheerful. I will continue all my dental treatment with Dr. Spero.

Dr. Koutchek is a phenomenal dentist! She not only demonstrates genuine care for my smile but always takes the time to ask about my family. I have a strong relationship with her and also all the staff who work here. There was one occasion when she had to change my appointment and she called me herself to apologize for the shift. Who does this nowadays? I feel blessed to have a dentist I trust! I recommend Mission Dental 10000%!

I went to see this dentist for the first time last week. I have been in quarantine and called ahead of time to make sure they were wearing masks and social distancing. The receptionist said they were. When I walked into the office they weren't wearing masks and put them on. Then the dentist walked in without a mask and wanted to shake my hand. I said no because of Covid 19. He wore a mask while examining my teeth and then took it off when he was sitting next to me. I felt unsafe the whole time I was there. I'm writing this i... read more
