I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Spero and the whole team at Pasadena Smiles! I was in crisis after spending weeks trying to get the root canal I needed. Luckily, I found PS online and called, and the doctor himself answered (in the evening on a weekend!) and got me in first thing the next morning! The whole office is so helpful and eager to make things work for you, and the procedure was pain-free and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough!
My husband explained CLEARLY on the phone to the dentist Dr. Spero that he had a previous x ray that stated his tooth was sitting on a nerve and he needed an oral surgeon to remove it. The doctor said he could come in the next day after knowing all the details only to charge us $200 to do ANOTHER x ray and not be able to do anything to help us. Called at 4:50am and Dr. Spero actually picked up. He got me in that same morning and extracted my tooth flawlessly. Not only that, but I told him I hadn’t eaten in two days because of my tooth and he gave me his personal protein shake. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the dentist.
I love my dentist, his staff, and actuall look forward to visiting them. Regardless of the work we are doing. Great dentist. Great people. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Dr. Spero is the one! A life saver. I have a high tolerance for pain but tooth pain is on another level. He responded to my call early Saturday morning (sorry doc), got me in right away, made sure pain was managed, resolved that it would have to be extraction and took care of the problem promptly.
