I am truly grateful for Dr. Spero, an amazing dentist who essentially saved me from an ER visit. After I procrastinated on treating a tooth infection that turned into an abscess, I found myself in a tough spot on a Sunday when other dentists were unavailable. This place is great, professional and accommodating. I came here on a emergency. DR. Spero was able to see me same day. Within a couple hours. I'm so glad I found this place. Talked me through my whole tooth extraction. Felt no pain. Service performance was fast and affordable. Can't thank this place enough. I wish I could give more stars.

I am SO GRATEFUL to Dr. Spero and the whole team at Pasadena Smiles! I was in crisis after spending weeks trying to get the root canal I needed. Luckily, I found PS online and called, and the doctor himself answered (in the evening on a weekend!) and got me in first thing the next morning! The whole office is so helpful and eager to make things work for you, and the procedure was pain-free and stress-free. I cannot thank them enough!

I was tossing and turning at 5:30 a.m. on Sunday because of severe tooth pain. My dentist was closed, and after searching online, I realized most offices wouldn’t open until Monday. I found Dr. Spero’s office and called, not expecting anyone to answer, but Dr. Spero himself picked up. Called at 4:50am and Dr. Spero actually picked up. He got me in that same morning and extracted my tooth flawlessly. Not only that, but I told him I hadn’t eaten in two days because of my tooth and he gave me his personal protein shake. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the dentist.
