My experience with Pasadena Smiles was amazing! I had a scary dental emergency and needed two root canals immediately. I heard a lot about root canals so I was terrified. However, Dr. Spero coached me through the whole process and I didn’t feel any pain! I walked out feeling much better. I highly recommend going to Dr. Spero if you need a dentist. He is a true professional and the rest of the staff was great and welcoming as well. 10/10 experience

Developed a terrible gum infection last weekend and needed to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out asap. So I called Pasadena Smiles and Dr. Spero answered, he was very professional as we set up a date and time for my extraction. During the operation he did a great job of walking me through what he was doing. I’m pretty sure he took all four out in about 45ish minutes? No pain and no discomfort! Now I’m 3 days post op now and I have no swelling and no pain! Would 100% recommend coming here :)

We came to Pasadena smiles on a whim just because they were the only ones open and I’m so glad we did. Everything was easy, professional clean anything you could have ever wanted from a dentist. We will definitely be back For all of our dental needs in the future, we found our dentist

Visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. I called the number on the site and immediately spoke to Dr. Spero on Saturday morning about the pain I was having. He prescribed meds to help get me through the weekend before he could see me early Monday morning. I went in thinking my filling fell out and ended up needing a root canal, which he preformed quickly and painlessly. I have bonding on one of my front teeth and it came off the day before o had to give an important presentation. I was in a pinch as my dentist’s office was closed. I researched other dentists and came across Pasadena Smiles. I called and was able to be worked in the same day. Everyone in the office was lovely. I was so grateful. Dr. Vincent Spero did an incredible job repairing my tooth. What a relief! I am so grateful to the entire team. Highly recommend! Pasadena Smiles!
