I have routine appointments twice a year with Dr. Friedman. He and all his staff are great. The hygienist does a very thorough cleaning. Dr checks up and advises. Support staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this practice.
I love this dental practice. Everyone that I've encountered has been customer service focused. They take the time to get to know you and they remember it. I truly appreciate them asking me about my mother, etc. They remembered that I am the care provider for my mother in GA. I always feel welcome and appeciated. They make going to the dentist pleasurable. Great job Dr. Friedman and team.
I can not say enough about the positive experience with my much needed procedure. Dr. Friedman did a great job and takes all the time you need for a complete explanation of both the procedure and what to expect afterwards. Again all of his staff is very pleasant, professional and friendly. I would highly recommendation Dr. Friedman!
Five stars from start to finish. I was welcomed in when I opened the door and the hygienist took me right back to a room. Dr. Friedman came in shortly after that and did his assessment. He clearly explained a concern that he had and they are working with my insurance company to see if the procedure will be covered. My experience was relaxing and not stressful at all.
Dr Friedman is the one who spent time to discuss treatment options with me and take time to make sure I understand, and answer my questions. Each of clinic staff is super nice.
