Dr. Friedman is great! He and his staff made me feel comfortable and provided excellent customer service. Dr. Friedman analyzed my condition, and recommended a treatment. The treatment os working. I'm very pleased so far.
Dr. Friedman was great! He explained in detail the procedure that I needed and put me at ease on what to expect and why his interjection was needed. Dr Friedman is personable, gentle and an excellent periodontist. Before I agreed to have the procedure done, I asked his admin to verify what my out of pocket would be. I appreciated that immensely. Thanks to the practice for all they did for me.
Dr. Friedman was fantastic, he said I did not need his level of service and offered a strengthening treatment which I took and paid for. If I had known I would receive a large charge weeks later, I would have not done the consultation that my dentist suggested. I asked ahead of time (when I scheduled, at checkin, during consultation and when I paid my $40 bill in full after the consult) if the consultation my dentist suggested was no charge. While I was very satisfied with how well my teeth were cleaned, the hygienist assigned to me had a terrible chair-side manner. They kept mumbling incoherently about my teeth while working. The few times I asked them to clarify what they were saying (tough to do while they are working in your mouth), they said they just had a bad habit of making lots of comments while they worked. I am very much pleased with my first visit to Dr. Friedman's dental office. He is highly skillful and thorough in explaining various options available to me. The staff is very friendly and accommodative. I will recommend his services to all my friends and family.
