Great experience. It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist and I was a little nervous - I didn’t want to be lectured and made to feel guilty about the gap in visits. Dr. Pouradib was great, didn’t give me a hard time and my teeth are shining like a toothpaste commercial. Everyone was extremely nice, from the front desk staff to the dental assistant. I actually can’t wait to go back for my next bit of work - a root canal. Yes, the whole experience was that pleasant.
I usually don't write reviews, but Preferred Dental Care is the best dental care I've ever experienced. I sincerely appreciate the integrity and kindness of all the staff. I highly recommend this place.👍🏽

I just moved to Santa Rosa. I went to this dentist in Santa Rosa and in San Rafael.I was a new client and I was told by Preferred front desk staff I was in network. I asked specifically if they were sure I was in network and they said yes. Months after getting my fillings fixed I receive an invoice stating I’m not in network and will be charged out of network pricing. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They make you feel so comfortable. Very professional. They will help you in many ways. My husband and I are very happy and thankful for everything they have done and continue doing for us. I highly recommend.
