My family has been going here for years and have been very happy. I especially enjoyed Ashley's (I think that is her name) work during my cleaning this week. She was very gentle and thorough. Randy, and all the other hygienists are great.
My first cleaning with the hygienist Faith; I couldn't have asked for anyone better! She explained everything she did right before she did it which I thought was a great way to instill calm in the patient. She also made comments about the health of my gums which I appreciated, and in general, did an excellent job. I hope she stays and makes Smith Dental her home because I'll look forward to seeing her next time!
Friendly staff. Cleaning thorough. Had XRays with no discomfort. No delays between dentist popping in and hygienist work. In and out in a reasonable amount of time. Greeting/office staff helpful with setting up next appointment.
Enjoyed as much as possible my dental cleaning with attentive and proficient technicians, courteous admin staff, a tranquil waiting room with a fish aquarium, and a dentist that listens to the patient. The office is still fairly new and has modern equipment.
My first, second and third appointments at Smith Dental have been excellent. Their hygienist took a painless set of x-rays (small mouth) and gave a thorough cleaning, answering all my questions along the way. Dr. Baskerville is an excellent dentist, delivering the news about some molars, showing me everything on the x-rays, which I appreciated. I have a huge fear of dental work but he listened when I asked for extra novocaine and has done a stellar job with 2 crowns, perfect fit. Very nice staff, super clean office, good... read more
