It was all great for a first time experience. Took the time to listen to my concern and really look into the cause of my tooth pain concern . I did have to wait quite a while but I appreciated the communication I do understand staffing can be unpredictable. Everyone is so welcoming and kind I appreciated how quick also they were able to get me in for an appointment and how they communicated so quick about insurance truly wonderful.

Assistant wearing a dark colored smock with white stuff spattered all over it, suspecting it was from another patient. Interrupted me mid sentence more than once. Seemed very abrupt and unconcerned. No problems with Dr. Travis Baskerville ever, and does an excellent job, but didn't feel comfortable after complaining about it with the assistant still there to assist. I have only been going to Smith Dental for a short time, but I was surprised by the pleasant greeting and the lack of a wait. The service was great. I had not been accustomed to such dental care in my many years, 85 at this time. Thorough, painless, and pleasant. Thanks, all.

Good people , good location and everyone is friendly. So far so good , only had a teeth cleaning and X-rays. Going back in January for 2 fillings . That’s the real test 😃

I usually get some anxiety when visiting the dentist but walking into Smith Dental there was an instant calm vibe. The staff were so friendly and helpful! As they were going through the x-rays & exam they explained what they were doing & why. Angelina went above and beyond looking at treatment plans, cost and what insurance would cover. Definitely glad I found them!
