This place is such a blessing. I am 71 and have had many bad experiences 🙃 😪 🙂 over the years since 14 years young, so I prayed 🙏 for a good dental experience. As I'm new to Oregon, I was very leary but, Heavenly Father God blessed me with Smith Dental in Aloha. I 😇 had 5 teeth 😬 pulled out at 9am and was dreading this visit but it's now 11pm and I hardly can tell that I've been to the dentist today 😅. The dentist here and his associates are top notch. Every time I go in, they've worked with me to find time slots that work, and they have been very understanding when I've made mistakes or needed accommodation. They always check on me and my family, and seem to really care. Thank you for exceptional work!
My experiences have always been exceptional. I have not had to wait. I have had very pleasant discussions. I believe all of any concerns I have or had were well discussed and treated.
Dr.Travis got my dental situation back on track replaced old fillings, filling cavities, crowned an unfinished root canal, and even removed wisdoms (through the location in Hillsboro) all in the last year or so. They are quick and concise with all the fillings I’ve had, always communicating well during the procedures, don’t get me started on the warming chair massager that put me to sleep during a cleaning! It was all great for a first time experience. Took the time to listen to my concern and really look into the cause of my tooth pain concern . I did have to wait quite a while but I appreciated the communication I do understand staffing can be unpredictable. Everyone is so welcoming and kind I appreciated how quick also they were able to get me in for an appointment and how they communicated so quick about insurance truly wonderful.
