It was all great for a first time experience. Took the time to listen to my concern and really look into the cause of my tooth pain concern . I did have to wait quite a while but I appreciated the communication I do understand staffing can be unpredictable. Everyone is so welcoming and kind I appreciated how quick also they were able to get me in for an appointment and how they communicated so quick about insurance truly wonderful.

Absolutely the best dentist I’ve been to. Been a patient of smith dental for 15 years. I pay out of pocket and they have allways been extremely fair on price. And I have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

Assistant wearing a dark colored smock with white stuff spattered all over it, suspecting it was from another patient. Interrupted me mid sentence more than once. Seemed very abrupt and unconcerned. No problems with Dr. Travis Baskerville ever, and does an excellent job, but didn't feel comfortable after complaining about it with the assistant still there to assist. I have only been going to Smith Dental for a short time, but I was surprised by the pleasant greeting and the lack of a wait. The service was great. I had not been accustomed to such dental care in my many years, 85 at this time. Thorough, painless, and pleasant. Thanks, all.

I’ve had 3 visits so far and overall a really good experience. Both Dr Travis and the hygienist, Faith, have been great! Very timely each visit as well.
