I felt very well taken care of at Smith Dental. I recently got a new job and had to switch insurances (and dentists) due to this. I'm so happy this led me to Smith Dental. The staff was friendly and very thorough during my new patient x-rays and cleaning. I know my teeth are in great hands here. I can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Andrew Orr is an amazing dentist with an awesome personality. He likes to share his knowledge, and walk you through what ever procedure your having. He is very personable, friendly and has a great sense of humor as well. The staff, well I can't say enough. The staff is also very friendly and make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Smith Dental in Forest Grove.
I have been a patient of this location for 25 years since before it was sold over to Smith Dental. Since it became Smith Dental I’ve had multiple problems. They have canceled my appointments the day of, sometimes even less than an hour before, multiple times. I live an hour away and would sometimes be on my way. Also, losing a “sick” day of work and pay I could never get back. Finding a dental office you can trust is incredibly hard. I didn't have high expectations coming into Smith Dental for that exact reason, but was pleasantly surprised. Chanel at the front desk is incredibly considerate and manages the schedule like an ace. Randy, the hygienist I saw was gentle and empathetic - the only time getting x-rays where it didn't hurt.
