The best of it all. I have such confidence in my dentist of ten years, Dr. Michelle Na. She is clearly explains options, is painless with shots, detailed with all aspects of my care, soft-spoken, kind, and so smart! Even though I am old, my dental health has IMPROVED significantly. I will be keeping all my teeth for a long time!
Great first visit I really liked the office vibe. I didn't feel like anyone was in a rush to cycle me through. Everyone was at a nice relaxed pace. Dr Na did my cleaning and I really appreciated her soft handedness. She has a nice light touch that makes the process much more relaxing than other experiences I've had with other dentists. Excellent check up and cleannng! Southbury Smiles is a very positive experience. Dr Na and Lindsey the hygienist are experienced and courteous and always make the experience a positive one.
Bill paying I don't have an issue with the current visit. I even though I have good insurance, I had to pay for services at the office for my lastvisit. I later received a refund check which required a trip to my bank. It would be more efficient for everyone if I was just billed for the amount due after insurance payment.
