I went in for emergency care in January. That appointment went great. Today my second insurance had an issue and I mentioned I knew and it should be resolved Tuesday. Had I of known that would cause me to be treated like a second class citizen…I would have waited. The dental assistant Vee did not rinse my mouth or suction on two occasions. I've been to this place three times and every time, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Once I went there and I didn't have water so one of the technicians gave me one of her bottles of water which was absolutely amazing! They are open Tuesday to Saturday but will eventually work on Monday I was told. Great for people like me who work Monday to Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Definitely check this place out! -Augustine

Ultimate dental is professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. They made me feel super welcome and they were also very informative. Probably the best dental experience since moving to Elk Grove.

My husband had a simple tooth ache and the dentist didn’t care to hear him, just started naming things that should be done before he would touch his tooth. Which was going to cost almost $30,000. What a joke. He was looked sloppy, was rude, and the most arrogant man ever. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

Called this morning to be seen, been hurting for 3 days. They took me in approximately in two hours. All the staff members are very friendly as the doctor was too. Had a tooth extracted in about 15min. Definitely recommend this place
