I had two dental implants with Dr. Ramaha, it was a long journey, I started the procedure in Oct, 2023, the final stage putting the crown was done around June 2024. It took 8 mos. Bec the dentist just go to this Elgin clinic once an mos. Spending a couple of thousands, after a week, one of the implant fell off ( it's a good thing I did not swallow it) The second implant fell off on the third week.I have to wait more than a mos. to see the dentist. Their treatment procedures plans are misleading, they completed one plan and fail to explained it required other procedures to be completed thus costing more that mention mentioned, they had issues with faulty x-ray equipment.
Always very friendly and supportive. Love my dentist. She is great and very understanding.
Will get the job done just not the best or most knowledgeable. Front desk lady is super nice and helpful though!!
