I broke my tooth and I have to admit, I was overwhelmed by the amount of professionalism of the staff here and the quality of service that I received, it was second to none! I would highly recommend Universal Dental of Elgin to everyone. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with friendly smiles, ready to help me. Dr. Suzi took very good care of me. Have a lot of messed up teeth from a bad accident years ago. Been to quite a few dentists (mostly not so good ones). I got into Universal Dental in Elgin and so far things couldn't be better. Dr. Rumaha calmed my fears, numbed me up, and in a matter of a few minutes the cause of much pain and infection were gone. Been almost a month, mouth is healing well. I had two dental implants with Dr. Ramaha, it was a long journey, I started the procedure in Oct, 2023, the final stage putting the crown was done around June 2024. It took 8 mos. Bec the dentist just go to this Elgin clinic once an mos. Spending a couple of thousands, after a week, one of the implant fell off ( it's a good thing I did not swallow it) The second implant fell off on the third week.I have to wait more than a mos. to see the dentist. I hate to give them a 1 because they dentist was genuinely great, and I'm overall happy with the work they did. Their front desk people, however, are awful (along with however they deal with their billing). I got some dental work done and at the time was told everything was paid off. Then, 7 months later, I get a bill in the mail. I called to ask why I got the bill because I was told everything was paid for (and it had been months since I had gone there).
