I had the best VISIT Ever today with " AL "my dental care specialist who gave me my annual cleaning and it was one of the BEST Cleaning and Teeth🦷🪥 Polishing. The Staff is always very polite and professional. I highly recommend them for dental services.
I came in for a cleaning and asked for one simple accommodation: please avoid cleaning around my permanent retainer, since it’s not fully glued and has been sensitive. Instead of respecting my request (even after the dentist said it was fine), the hygienist (yes the bald one) refused to clean my teeth at all. I was supposed to have an appointment on 27 October, when I made it to the office, the clerk told me that my appointment was for the next day.
