I wish I can give them 10 stars ⭐️ because my experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly and nice. I got a cleaning and my wisdom tooth extracted it was the best experience honestly Dr. Mo is the TRUTH!! The dental assistant was amazing and so informative. I highly recommend please come to them they will take care of you and you will feel safe!!!!!
The staff was so wonderful , everyone was nice. Dr. Mohammed is my favorite! I got a tooth extracted and he did it so quick with no pain or nothing! Definitely will be back. Also had my teeth cleaned. They made sure I was comfortable and all.
Really professional from the front desk right to the dentists obviously nervous about tooth extraction, my last dentist at Chatham Dental care didn't put enough anesthetic around the area of extraction and I felt the whole process very painful don't go there. But here Dr.Mo and his assistant calmed me down made me comfortable. Extraction went very well a bit of pressure, but the healing process barely any pain. 10 out of 10 would do it again might just go back for a root canal.
I Highly recommend Universal Dentistry. They were quick and efficient.Very understanding and professional. Most importantly. They made me feel comfortable. Please do not hesitate to ask questions. I was in and out of their office within the hour. I feel soo much better. I appreciate everyone in the office. Keep up the good work. 🫶🏽🤘🏽
This was my first time at Universal Dental and I had the pleasure of seeing dental surgeon Laith. He was professional and friendly. I left the dentist with a better understanding oral hygiene. Laith went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and understood how to maintain proper oral hygiene. By far one of the of the best experiences I’ve had at a dentist. Everyone there was friendly and on time.
