The staff was friendly and professional. On the other hand, my ID was unattended at the reception counter. in addition, the dentist view my teeth standing above me rather than sitting down and taking a closer look. Maybe the next time the dentist will sit down look at my teeth and have a conversation with me more than two minutes during my dental appointment otherwise it was a good visit

I came in for a cleaning and asked for one simple accommodation: please avoid cleaning around my permanent retainer, since it’s not fully glued and has been sensitive. Instead of respecting my request (even after the dentist said it was fine), the hygienist (yes the bald one) refused to clean my teeth at all.
