I came in for a cleaning and asked for one simple accommodation: please avoid cleaning around my permanent retainer, since it’s not fully glued and has been sensitive. Instead of respecting my request (even after the dentist said it was fine), the hygienist (yes the bald one) refused to clean my teeth at all. My experience here was traumatizing. I am just now getting over it enough to write this review from my experience over 2 and 1/2 years ago. I wish I had gotten over it sooner so that I can file a lawsuit! For some reason they didn't think that I needed pain relief a shot or numbing agent while performing a root canal.. find someone else! Or take care of your teacher self. I didn't even need the root canal!
