The staff was friendly and professional. On the other hand, my ID was unattended at the reception counter. in addition, the dentist view my teeth standing above me rather than sitting down and taking a closer look. Maybe the next time the dentist will sit down look at my teeth and have a conversation with me more than two minutes during my dental appointment otherwise it was a good visit
I came in for a cleaning and asked for one simple accommodation: please avoid cleaning around my permanent retainer, since it’s not fully glued and has been sensitive. Instead of respecting my request (even after the dentist said it was fine), the hygienist (yes the bald one) refused to clean my teeth at all. Dr. Omar was very thorough and did a wonderful job on my teeth! My initial estimate of braces treatment was 18 months, but with his treatment it reduced to 13 months! Bianca at the front desk is very attentive and so kind.
My experience here was traumatizing. I am just now getting over it enough to write this review from my experience over 2 and 1/2 years ago. I wish I had gotten over it sooner so that I can file a lawsuit! For some reason they didn't think that I needed pain relief a shot or numbing agent while performing a root canal.. find someone else! Or take care of your teacher self. I didn't even need the root canal!
Currently up at 5am due to pain from a faulty crown they gave me. Please go anywhere else. They gave me back to back root canals in the same tooth due to their own negligence when most people shouldn’t get one. Another dentist said they may have done irreparable damage. It’s only been 4 months since I got the crown and I can’t eat with out it popping off. Mind you it took 11 months and many lies to get the crown. Please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
