Today I went to Universal Dental for pain in my left side of the jaw. Dr.Mo explained and figured out the issue and I had to get my wisdom tooth removed. He explained the process very well to me, he was calm and very kind. Thanks so much Dr.Mo for helping me out today. Also Bianca the receptionist is always pleasant and nice. Thank you guys for providing amazing service.
I really appreciate that I was seen promptly and the dentist has a casual yet professional bearing that made me comfortable. He also complimented the work of my previous dentist at Sonrisa, who performed my root canal. It's always nice to hear professionals give praise to others. My only "complaint" is that the person who performed cleaning seemed rushed and he took less time with the work than I'm accustomed to. Very satisfied with my first visit. I’d been looking for a new Dentist, for myself and child and sO happy I came here!! My child had the first visit; they were nice & patient… from the receptionist to the work being done on my child’s teeth. He was very gentle and took the time to explain each step and things to help for healthier teeth. I’m looking forward to my own appointment and hopefully will be staying with them!
The staff at this office are very professional. The dentists are gentle, and the hygienists are top-notch and very personable. My family has had abstractions, braces, deep cleanings, routine checkups, etc. The results are consistently exceptional. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for consistent, exceptional dental work.
