Unfortunately I have required more then 1 appointment. The positive is Universal has always been extremely professional and courtesy is top of the line. The entire staff is great, the office girls are more then understanding and ALWAYS seem willing to accommodate your needs. I would strongly recommend the Orland Park 159th location. It’s always pleasant when you walk in !! The dentist is always super nice and over seeing everything the dental assistants doing. They talk you through everything and explain all of the procedures. They work with you with payments and the wait time is never too long !! Thanks for an outstanding experience.
Dr Saed Abugoush is unmatched! He went above and beyond my expectations as a dentist. He has amazing chair side manner with a delicate hand and so much patience. I highly recommend him and his for their kindness, professionalism, and skill.
Amazing staff! So great with my kids. They made them feel comfortable and safe. I also get dental work done here and I’ve only had pleasant and great experiences with them.
