My insurance doesn’t give me too many options and I was nervous going to a new dentist. Universal got me in for an emergency the same day and I was able to get an appointment the next day for a route canal. Dr. Saed is phenomenal! So thorough, friendly, and a master in his field. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. I’m so grateful for the fantastic experience.
The staff and dentist were amazing, I felt like I was the only patient there. They explained in detail what I needed to have done. They all were kind and answered my questions. They were gentle when doing the cleaning and checking out my teeth. I was treated so good and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so very much
I had a very good experience with The Doctor and staff on yesterday. They were nice, friendly and professional. I got braces and was told prior to me coming to my visit that they would hurt and other horrible stuff. It was nothing like what I was told. The doctor and young lady was very communicative about everything and the procedure went smoothly and I was calm and relaxed during it. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a clean, professional, friendly place to have dental work done. Thank you again
Great staff, friendly, caring and supportive. They took my daughter in same day for emergency care. After visiting another oral surgeon who had the worst bedside manner and rude receptionist, we decided to try Universal through a co-worker referral and we couldn’t be happier! Please visit them for dentist and oral surgery, you won’t be sorry!
The doctor Saed went above and beyond my expectations explaining everything to me and has one of the best personalities a doctor could ever have I could tell he has a heart of gold and his staff was just as pleasant and professional as he was and not to forget Nour Salem whom which I assume she was the office manager made my appointment with and has a beautiful soul as well made me feel very welcome there. Overall experience would I do it again a big YES they were all awesome!!!
