I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned with hygienist Omar Q. He was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and took his time to do an excellent cleaning. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Omar Q for anyone looking for a positive dental cleaning experience.

I rarely leave reviews, but this clinic completely wasted my time and treated me with a level of disrespect that no patient should ever experience. This was not my first visit. The clinic was already aware that I did not want a bone graft. During a previous appointment, I explained my position clearly, and I was told to come back for another appointment. Stay away from this dental office. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The office failed to be upfront about costs, and every conversation felt like it was leading to another charge. Instead of focusing on patient care, the entire experience felt focused on getting as much money as possible. I walked in expecting professional service and honest communication. Very disappointing experience. Although this clinic accepts my insurance, I was told I had to pay additional fees on top of my insurance coverage for a tooth extraction. The explanation I was given for these extra charges did not seem reasonable or justified. I felt that I was being asked to pay more than necessary despite having insurance coverage. I expected a fairer and more patient-focused approach.
