Where do I start… i started this journey 2 years ago and it has been nothing short of AMAZING! I don’t even want to take them off because I love this team so much! Appointments -always on time. Cleanliness-always on point. Bedsides manners -AMAZING! I am happy to have gone through this journey with Universal dental. Thank you Dr. Omar for being exceptional and always hilarious. And Dr. Alzaghari for the assist and bad jokes 😂
Dr. Saed was amazing ! He pulled my tooth and made it seem like a casual experience. I was worried but left without feeling a thing. The team was great too. Definitely would recommend for your dental needs ! Thank you guys.
Fantastic. Everyone that works at Universal Dental Of Orland Park Are Kind & Caring. Excellent With My Teenage son & Tween son. Both my son's are extremely picky about the teeth. This is the only one that we go to. I myself also go here. Fast, friendly, kind, helpful in every way. We are thankful for thier extremely important patience with special needs Teens & Tweens. First impression is known to be the best impression and reception is the face of the business. Janine is always warm welcoming and polite. Big smile and very professional making my visit comfortable and worth universal for my dental needs.
They have a very friendly staff, waiting period was pretty reasonable. Dr. Ramaha was wonderful, he took the time to explain my X-rays and the treatment process and I didn’t feel rushed at all.
