I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned with hygienist Omar Q. He was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and took his time to do an excellent cleaning. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Omar Q for anyone looking for a positive dental cleaning experience.

I've been coming to Universal Dental for over a year. For Orthodontist work. I had a very severe case of unaligned teeth. Specifically my bottom row. I cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff there. For always making me feel comfortable, and at home. I ask for Noreen everytime. She is always so informative in the process. Always keeping me up to what step she's doing next and why. Very caring and always making sure I am not under any pain or stress throughout everything. Amazing service. Dr Ramaha and the entire staff were very helpful in explaining benefits and the procedures my dad will need. I was also able to secure a next day appointment.

I get my braces done here and I always see walaa and she’s very nice and welcoming and always explains the process so that makes me feel comfortable.Doctor Omar is a great doctor since he is very nice and funny.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at the dentist! The orthodontist kept me waiting for hours and when he finally came he was extremely unknowledgeable on teeth (which is all he’s there to check) When he would explain what he thought was the issue it came off as confusing and incompetent. Definitely take your business elsewhere the doctor was not a kind person!
