My experience was excellent. Attention to me was welcoming, prompt and professional. It was such a calming visit to a dentist. I will gladly recommend Universal Dental of Orland Park to my contacts in need of dental care.
My dentist experience has been a rewarding experience. Dr. Saeed is a sincere Professional who allows the seriousness of his procedures on his patient (i.e.me) to include a comfortable, trustworthy and Informed ambiance. He presents clearly his care and exercises the communication between he, his team and more importantly, his patient that is necessary.
Waiting time is more than an hour, they usually cancel appointments without any reason they claim that the doctor has an urgent matter and they never call back to reschedule!!!! One more important thing the first doctor saw me he told me that i have cavities in 2 of my tooth and he said its urgent to do one and the other one we have to watch for some time!!! Dr Saed Abugoush is unmatched! He went above and beyond my expectations as a dentist. He has amazing chair side manner with a delicate hand and so much patience. I highly recommend him and his for their kindness, professionalism, and skill.
Unfortunately I have required more then 1 appointment. The positive is Universal has always been extremely professional and courtesy is top of the line. The entire staff is great, the office girls are more then understanding and ALWAYS seem willing to accommodate your needs. I would strongly recommend the Orland Park 159th location.
