Stay away from this dental office. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The office failed to be upfront about costs, and every conversation felt like it was leading to another charge. I had a great experience getting my teeth cleaned with hygienist Omar Q. He was very professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire appointment. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and took his time to do an excellent cleaning. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and friendly demeanor. Highly recommend Omar Q for anyone looking for a positive dental cleaning experience.
I've been coming to Universal Dental for over a year. For Orthodontist work. I had a very severe case of unaligned teeth. Specifically my bottom row. I cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff there. For always making me feel comfortable, and at home. I ask for Noreen everytime. She is always so informative in the process.
