Stay away from this dental office. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The office failed to be upfront about costs, and every conversation felt like it was leading to another charge. Instead of focusing on patient care, the entire experience felt focused on getting as much money as possible. I walked in expecting professional service and honest communication. Very disappointing experience. Although this clinic accepts my insurance, I was told I had to pay additional fees on top of my insurance coverage for a tooth extraction. The explanation I was given for these extra charges did not seem reasonable or justified. I felt that I was being asked to pay more than necessary despite having insurance coverage. I expected a fairer and more patient-focused approach.

I got my braces done here and got them off in just a year as promised. The dentists here are all really nice and gentle with your teeth. They're also great with kids. Everything gets done pretty quickly as well, they're not slow but they also don't rush.
