The staff was so nice and friendly. The assistant was very knowledgeable and gave my grandson great advice on his braces. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks so much!
I rarely leave reviews, but this clinic completely wasted my time and treated me with a level of disrespect that no patient should ever experience. This was not my first visit. The clinic was already aware that I did not want a bone graft. During a previous appointment, I explained my position clearly, and I was told to come back for another appointment. Stay away from this dental office. This was one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The office failed to be upfront about costs, and every conversation felt like it was leading to another charge. Instead of focusing on patient care, the entire experience felt focused on getting as much money as possible. I walked in expecting professional service and honest communication. Very disappointing experience. Although this clinic accepts my insurance, I was told I had to pay additional fees on top of my insurance coverage for a tooth extraction. The explanation I was given for these extra charges did not seem reasonable or justified. I felt that I was being asked to pay more than necessary despite having insurance coverage. I expected a fairer and more patient-focused approach.
I've been coming to Universal Dental for over a year. For Orthodontist work. I had a very severe case of unaligned teeth. Specifically my bottom row. I cannot express how grateful I am to all the staff there. For always making me feel comfortable, and at home. I ask for Noreen everytime. She is always so informative in the process.
