Unfortunately I have required more then 1 appointment. The positive is Universal has always been extremely professional and courtesy is top of the line. The entire staff is great, the office girls are more then understanding and ALWAYS seem willing to accommodate your needs. I would strongly recommend the Orland Park 159th location. It’s always pleasant when you walk in !! The dentist is always super nice and over seeing everything the dental assistants doing. They talk you through everything and explain all of the procedures. They work with you with payments and the wait time is never too long !! Thanks for an outstanding experience.
Amazing staff! So great with my kids. They made them feel comfortable and safe. I also get dental work done here and I’ve only had pleasant and great experiences with them.

My appointment was originally scheduled for 3/12/24 at 10 a.m. the dentist office receptionist called me the day before to ask if I could come later in the day at 3 p.m. instead because the Doctor is overbooked and it will be a long wait. I stated fine I will come at 3 p.m. So I get to my appointment on time I checked in and was waiting for about 5 minutes when Dr. Saed came upfront and explained to the ladies upfront he is behind and he will not be able to see me plus she was late.
