Dr. Rammaha was exceptional. He stands by his beliefs. He does not just say what needs to be done. He believes in doing what is best for the patient. He cares. If you want someone that will connect with your needs, I don't believe anyone will be disappointed. It was a wonderful experience. Five stars.*****

I had a great experience here today. My hygienist was extremely thorough with my exam explaining everything to me and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be back! Thank you

This is genuinely the first time I’ve had a good experience here. I was hesitant about coming back for this appointment, but wanted to see a dentist asap. I usually check in early but don’t get taken in til 30minutes after my appointment time. But today I checked in early and was done before/maybe a few minutes after my appointment time. I usually have to ask for certain parts of my teeth to be cleaned better, but I didn’t even have to say anything today. He hit all the spots & went above & beyond. I really hate the dentist in general. Universal dental was a pleasant surprise because they are so polite, helpful and do their best to work with you, they have always taken good care of me. The main reason it's 4 stars is because they don't always have a dentist at the location

I had a great experience! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist did an amazing job at making me feel welcome. They did a thorough job at explaining the health of my teeth to me. I felt very welcome. Overall it was a great first experience. Thank you all 😀!
