I had a great experience! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dentist did an amazing job at making me feel welcome. They did a thorough job at explaining the health of my teeth to me. I felt very welcome. Overall it was a great first experience. Thank you all 😀!
My experience was wonderful, far better than I expected. I walked into the office with the crown in my hand from one of my teeth expecting expecting an answer to whether to keep it or throw it away. Within 20 minutes Dr Mohammed had placed the crown securely in my mouth. Thank you Dr.
Amazing staff and crew, the doctor give you your time and very informative if you have any questions, the clinic is super clean and the wait time is very minimum and kids friendly, I bring my stroller with me and they don’t mind it at all, super nice to my baby, then even gave her a balloon when she cried! I bring my kids to their clinics and they are always exited to come, no fear! And I did recommended them to so many family and friends and they are absolutely happy with them. Do not go here. I went there 1x a week for three weeks & now require ibuprofen multiple times a day. All i had was three cavatoes. I wouldn't go see her or the nurses who kept telling her to hurry up while drilling my teeth if they paid me.. I can't eat hot or cold food. I've literally lost weight bc of it. It was the worst experience I've had. And is still on going. . My stomach is torn up daily from the amount of ibuprofen I have to take.. DONOT GO HERE THEY DONT CARE THEY RUSH THE DENTIST AND I ENDED UP LEAVING WIT... read more
First time at Universal dental today what a fantastic staff Manuel was extremely thorough with my cleaning. I was highly impressed with this team. I wish them all the luck in the world really really super nice good people.
