This has been my family dentist for years the staff is always professional. Like anything it is worth waiting for. The lobby and dentist offices are sanitary. I appreciate Mo the hygienist for the great cleaning. Everything was smooth and my teeth look amazing! Leslie at the front desk is awesome as well. She was able to make my entry and exit process smooth. Great staff great location to get your dental work.
They just don’t greet you..it takes soooo long to get to a room then as your waiting 20 mins in the room they walk around you like you don’t exist. I miss the old staff will be switching dental offices. Male nurse was just so rude feeling it feels unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The dentist is already a scary place but to make it worse!! Last time here
I would definitely like a call from corporate office, my name is Linda . Your front office should be EVERYTHING especially for New Patients. The staff at that desk should Never debate, argue or assume with the customer… Do a follow-up thoroughly investigate if people are insured AND NEVER give attitude because it may not be a pleasant outcome. I had such an amazing experience getting my braces adjusted. Hajar and Noreen are the best. I recommend them if you’re doing your braces! Super kind and extremely professional.
the ortho assistants noreen and hajar are the best! they always do such a good job on my braces, and are so nice and funny. i look forward to seeing them every month!
