I had a 9AM appointment, but I walked in at 8:58 and was told by the fat black woman at the reception desk that they are not open yet and that I would have to wait outside for 2 minutes until they open. That is very unprofessional and dismissive. What difference does it make if I wait in the lobby for 120 seconds. If the clinic isn't open, the door shouldn't have been unlocked. Needless to say I left and will go to a place that hires staff that isn't rude and is capable of exhibiting some common sense.
