My mother recently had an extraction at this office, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. After the procedure, post-operative instructions were not reviewed with her, which would have been helpful for ensuring a smooth recovery. In addition, no follow-up or post-op appointment was scheduled, which I had always understood to be a standard part of patient care after an extraction. I was quite disappointed with my visit this time. The dental hygienist was nervous and she did not do proper cleaning. She forgot to clean the upper portion of the teeth and proceeded to apply the paste ahead of time. Please make sure to appropriately train and screen dental hygienists before hiring. Thankyou.
