i have been using Dr. Z as my dentist since 1998. he and his staff are very professional and courteous. Dr Z is an amazing dentist and has provided the best dental care i could ask for.
Really great experience. I had some tooth pain pop up and Dr. Zauderer fit me in (even though I was a new patient) the next day. He answered all my questions and determined that no additional work was needed for now, which was great to hear and gave me confidence he was just making the best decisions for my care. I found my new dentist finally!
Do not go to this office. They were very disrespectful. I hadn't gone to a dentist in a while, and I had to get a few cavities filled. While they were doing the fillings, the lady wasn't using the suction right. I had bits of teeth falling to the back of my throat, so I asked to sit up and he got frustrated and left the room. I also mentioned I had acid reflux issues and could not lay back for long periods of time, and when I needed to sit up, I would ask. Most dentists would understand, not this one though. I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Zauderer is extremely knowledgeable , he can fix any problem and help you to avoid many others. He listens to questions and responds accordingly . The network of specialists he may refer to or consult with are very capable and I’ve always been pleased in these situations. The office staff and hygienist are friendly and all work well as a team. I had the best Dental experience today!!! The Dental assistant cleaned my teeth with no judgement and it did not hurt at all!!! Dr. Marc was sweet and attentive.
