Really great experience. I had some tooth pain pop up and Dr. Zauderer fit me in (even though I was a new patient) the next day. He answered all my questions and determined that no additional work was needed for now, which was great to hear and gave me confidence he was just making the best decisions for my care. I found my new dentist finally!
I call him Dr. Z...He is a very SMART, and warm, dentist. He knows what he's doing, & tells it like it is. I had A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, w/my dentist, as a child. So, almost "hyperventilate", when I have to go. I told him this, & he was VERY accommodating. One of the BEST things about, Dr.Z, he has soft, music, playing all the time. BUT, he sings, to almost EVERY SINGLE song. He, ever so softly sings and KNOWS EVERY SINGLE WORD, to each song🙂
Do not go to this office. They were very disrespectful. I hadn't gone to a dentist in a while, and I had to get a few cavities filled. While they were doing the fillings, the lady wasn't using the suction right. I had bits of teeth falling to the back of my throat, so I asked to sit up and he got frustrated and left the room. I also mentioned I had acid reflux issues and could not lay back for long periods of time, and when I needed to sit up, I would ask. Most dentists would understand, not this one though. I have been a patient for many years. Dr. Zauderer is extremely knowledgeable , he can fix any problem and help you to avoid many others. He listens to questions and responds accordingly . The network of specialists he may refer to or consult with are very capable and I’ve always been pleased in these situations. The office staff and hygienist are friendly and all work well as a team. Dr. Zauderer is an extremely skilled dentist who has addressed my dental issues in order to improve the condition of my teeth. He doesn't ignore problems, but sets about to correct them with an expertise that is exceptional. His manner is pleasant and friendly and his office is clean and comfortable. His dental assistants are very proficient and contribute to the teamwork needed to help the dental process move on to completion.
