I call him Dr. Z...He is a very SMART, and warm, dentist. He knows what he's doing, & tells it like it is. I had A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, w/my dentist, as a child. So, almost "hyperventilate", when I have to go. I told him this, & he was VERY accommodating. One of the BEST things about, Dr.Z, he has soft, music, playing all the time. BUT, he sings, to almost EVERY SINGLE song. He, ever so softly sings and KNOWS EVERY SINGLE WORD, to each song🙂
Do not go to this office. They were very disrespectful. I hadn't gone to a dentist in a while, and I had to get a few cavities filled. While they were doing the fillings, the lady wasn't using the suction right. I had bits of teeth falling to the back of my throat, so I asked to sit up and he got frustrated and left the room. I also mentioned I had acid reflux issues and could not lay back for long periods of time, and when I needed to sit up, I would ask. Most dentists would understand, not this one though. I had the best Dental experience today!!! The Dental assistant cleaned my teeth with no judgement and it did not hurt at all!!! Dr. Marc was sweet and attentive.
I have been going to Dr. Zauderer for 16 years now and i would not change that for anything. He takes pride in his work and if you have an emergency he is just a call away. They respond promptly. Thanks again Dr. Z; Kelly ann, hygienist, assistants and front staff for all you do.
Dr. Zauderer is very thorough, competent and friendly. The dental hygienist is wonderful, gentle and does an outstanding job. The staff is welcoming and competent. The entire office is comfortable and very clean.
