When I first walked in When I first walked in there was a dozen dead roses in a vase of dirty water. The office had an odd smell and the secretary's desks were extremely messy. Once I got into the chair he asked me a few times what the issue was, and kind of inspected my mouth. The dentist you recommended was The dentist you recommended was the worst dental experience I ever had. The office was filthy, cluttered with piles of junk, covered in dust, without even the pretense of being cleaned.

I would not use nor I would not use nor recommend 1 800 Dentist..I use you all a few years ago, gave you my insurance information and the dentist you receommended me to was consider outside of my networ and my out of pocket cost was higher. I didn't realize it until I recd a bill fr over $1000.00 for a crown which in network would had cost me $500 or less out of pock...Read More

unfortunately, the office never called unfortunately, the office never called back. I found on e-health that they do not take my dental insurance, so I will be unable to use them. But thank you anyway!

Unfortunately the dentist was not Unfortunately the dentist was not in his office on Thursday, Friday, os Saturday ,so I hope to touch base with him on Monday. I did not reieive a courtsey call from him. Thank you for you prompt courteous service, and for caring.
