She was great, knows exactly what she's doing and very compassionate. I told her I want to keep her as my hygienist. Thank you.
This was almost a four-hour procedure and was handled by Dr. Filbert and his assistant with care and gentleness that made the whole morning ... while I wouldn't say pleasant, other than the very pleasant people working on my mouth, I would certainly say ... tolerable with a very acceptable level of pain management. I'm a fairly anxious patient and Dr. Filbert and his staff do everything to allay my anxiety. It's much appreciated!
