As a client for over 8 years, I would like to thank you all for educating, having patience, being understanding, help with payments and great customer service. The staff is very welcoming and Dr. Orrington is straight forward. He has a passion for what he does. His dad was cool too. I would definitely recommend them. They just want to help keep our teeth healthy and clean 😁
Worst experience at a dentist’s office in my life. The head dentist was very rude and condescending. After my x-ray, he asked me what I wanted to get done and he gave me 2 options; 1 - pull the tooth (which he could do himself) and 2 - save the tooth. So I decided that I wanted to save the tooth. As he was preparing to give me a cleaning, I asked him what my options were as far as saving my tooth. That’s when everything went sideways. The best dentist office ever! I mean the most wonderful , down to earth people and I was completely satisfied and although my insurance didn’t cover the service I needed they gave me a reasonable price AND gave me the option to pay half now and half later! I had to give them 5 stars , you don’t find businesses like that these days anymore! Thank you a million times Chatham Dental!
Attention Community!!! This Dental office Terrible, Sitting in the waiting room filling out new patient info, Overhearing the staff talking about every patient teeth and Experience that left out. I felt so bad for them ppl, Receptionist said next, I Politely told her no thanks 👎🏽 you ppl should be ashamed of yourself just because they on Medicare or can’t Afford to fix Their teeth don’t give you guys the right to Violate their patient privacy.
