You always treat each patient with kindness and respect. Usually you stay pretty close to your time schedule Thank you for that. Unfortunately this is now a rare treat in the majority of the medical facilities. That's why I appreciate you office staff so much.
I didn’t visit a dentist for ten years because of a bad experience. But the first visit, was very pleasant, they cared about how I felt, and explained the process and future treatments. I no longer felt anxious, I was calmed by their gentleness and assurance that I will be fine. Thank you Cicchetti Family for your caring and professional orthodontist practice. The staff is also excellent, you only have five stars but I would give you all a ten.
The experience was exemplary, everyone was concerned and explained all the work and as usual the staff was always ready to streamline the appointments and discussing insurance and payment
