Long wait Dentist apologized for the long wait (1 hour) and got me out of there as soon as possible. Other: Office sends reminders via texts, e-mail and phone. I would suggest giving clients the option and only using one mode of communication.
Dr. Coutin is the VERY VERY BEST! Dr Coutin is always thorough in his evaluation of my dental problem. He offers options, answers all of my questions, allays my fears and the outcome of the procedure is always 100%. I could not ask for a better, more caring dentist.
