The crown process was great!
My appointment began with Lisa who is always creative in order to get me an appointment around my schedule! She is kind, empathetic and thorough. Dr. Dowiatt is kind, gentle and empathetic. I initially scheduled an appointment well over 20 years ago because of an ad which stated “we cater to cowards “! Dr Dowiatt diagnosed an autoimmune disease in my mouth and referred me to a specialist!!! Our grown sons and daughter in law also see Dr Dowiatt.
This was the first time I had major dental work done - molding (with seating to come) of two crowns - after five years with Dr Dowiatt. Getting "drilled" is never fun, but Dr D made me as comfortable as possible - including a extra shot of anesthetic - and his new assistant, Michelle kept me "smiling" with her bubbly personality. And of course, I can't forget about Lisa, Office Manager Extraordinaire, who keeps the practice humming.
