I think this is my first Google Review but this is worth me taking time to write! I had been looking for a dentist office in my area that I can send my family. I gave this place a try and decided to be the first to go before sending my husband and children. I had Dr. O and oh boy did she take care of me! I had my first appointment at this dental office and I had a good experience. The reception team was really kind and efficient. Also, the person who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and I feel like she really did a good job. Also, the x-ray tech was very nice and personable. I will definitely return to this privider for future check-ups and cleanings.

The doctor and his staff are exceptionally kind and helpful, always striving to meet my needs. While the materials used in the practice may not be of the highest quality and sometimes fail, potentially causing dissatisfaction, I appreciate the proactive approach of the doctor. When issues arise, he promptly addresses and resolves them, which reassures me. The staff is so caring and nurturing. I get really bad anxiety when I go to the Dentist and the staff was so understanding made sure I felt comfortable EVERY step of the procedure…the Dentist as well even though they were super busy they did not make me feel that way. As I waited for the numbness to kick in I could hear the Dentist interacting with other patients he was so caring and understanding with each patient…THANK YOU CYPRESS DENTAL GROUP for being so professional/caring/understanding truly the BEST!

I had a tooth pulled and an implant inserted. I was a bit nervous about possible pain. There was no pain. Dr. Shayan is very chill and down to earth. He knows what he is doing and does so in a calming way. His staff is very kind and professional and the office is run very efficiently. My only suggestion is for more explaining of the steps as the procedure is taking place. (I could have/should have asked more questions...) All in all, I am very pleased with Dr. Shayan and his office.
