In the past I've had horrible experiences at the dentist. Since switching over to Dr. Shayan I've had nothing but the best care and customer service. I actually look forward to my next visit, which I cannot say about my former dentists. Also, the hygenist did an amazing and painless cleaning on my sensitive teeth. From the front desk to the back office I received outstanding care and service!
As this was my first visit, wait time was impacted by having to fill out a 4 page medical history. The doctor who did the cleaning & scaling was the best that I have ever had in my 71 years. The x-ray tech was proficient, & the examining dentist (Dr. Shayan) reviewed everything efficiently & explained one possible problem area that he will watch for now.
