Not pleased Both my husband and I had cavities filled. No aftercare instructions were provided. He had a horrible infection and there was no answering service/voicemail to get a hold of someone. Disappointed that there wasn't even voicemail available! Another physician had to treat his infection after we spent two hours calling the office.

DISAPPOINTED THAT I COULDN'T GET WISDOM TOOTH REMOVED AT THIS LOCATION. I thought this was a full service office. I was disapponited that after i told the assistance it was my wisdom tooth my time and insurance charged for service that didn't help my pain.

No happy with the receptionist Did not make it to my appotmiment and when I called to let them know that I was running 15 minutes late the young lady was ubderstanding at first , but unfortunately traffic was terrible on camp creek and the young lady called me back asking me where I was. I told her that I was on the light getting ready to make a u turn to get to the office and she rudely told me that it was too late and that...

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone.

The dentist was friendly enough. The staff was nice. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. Played video instead. No magazines in their waiting...
