Staff is so friendly , and knowledgeable ! Professional, great chair side manor. Dentist does all the repairs . Dentist wants to educate and explain all Concerns.
I have never had a bad experience there. All of the staff have been so kind. The techs are all great and Dr. Hensel is awesome and Emily Hardee is awesome to.

I’ve been going to Dentistry at Carolina Forest for about a year and I really like doctor Helsel. I recently had a dental emergency and they were easy to reach and were able to see me right away, dr. Helsel went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and as pain free as possible. It’s rare these days to find a medical office that truly cares about the patients, so this office is a rare find, I will continue to refer them out to everyone I know!
Fantastic but we need to explore cost reductions for those without insurance. Expensive pricing drive people towards less professional activities.

Excellent care. However, I did not Deem it necessary to have the doctor confirm that my teeth were fine, after being cleaned, although I know it is required process. I explained that I am in the final year of my life, 77, with advanced COPD. It doubled my cleaning bill. nevertheless, I would not hesitate to return, or to recommend Dr. McCoy, to anyone else.
