Great customer service. Everyone was very professional. I had a crown done. They built the crown onsite so no return visit needed.

Terrible. I have been going to this office for almost 15 years but the last couple of visits have been less than satisfactory. But my visit yesterday was the worst. I went in for a routine cleaning and the hygienist took the entire time talking and taking X-rays. Y the time she was done she said she didn’t have enough time to clean my teeth so she would need to reschedule me. I was very upset as I already took the day off work. Extremely unprofessional
I went in for a cleaning and a referral for my wisdom teeth. I was told I have 10 cavities and the fillings I have in my mouth were done incorrectly and have to be redone. I have been going to the dentist every 6months since I was 2 and never had a problem now I am being told this. I had my teeth cleaned and now I’m in so much discomfort it’s crazy. Plus they never gave me the referral to the oral surgeon they told me I had to come back. I will not be coming back!!
Your office did great always love using that office it just don't take My Insurance. I think when the doctor came in and the lady spray something on my teeth get my stomach upset.
The hygienist was very heavy handed. It hurt so bad. Couldn't eat that evening without my teeth hurting. I do not want that hygienist again. I wasn't impressed with the doctor either. The tall doctor there is much better. Then I found out after this that your office isn't in my dental network anymore. I am looking for one that accepts my dental plan. Sorry, can't remember their names. The lady was from Long Island NY.
