Lisa is always great as is Dr. McCoy. Friendly, professional and on time.
It was replacement of an old crown. Dentist answered my questions explaining his actions during the procedure. He and the assistant ( no sure of the young lady’s name) were very professional. Staff was helpful and courteous. A bit of anxiety at first but that ebbed as the work progressed. Pleased with the outcome. Elapsed time consistent with the estimate made when scheduling the procedure.
Easy to make an appointment and the staff was very friendly
Replaced a crown. Immediately responded to my call and schedule me for an appointment within today's of notification. The holdup was from my schedule than their offer of an appointment. I live in Charleston, South Carolina, but refused to change my Dentist since I moved from Myrtle Beach to Charleston. I was in and out with aperfectly fitted new crown in less than 2.5 hours.
