I needed a crown on one of my molars. Dr. McCoy was kind, explained what he was doing, worked quickly and efficiently. From start to finish was a total of about 70 minutes. The new crown was made right there in the office and when I left the office I wore my new permanent crown. The entire staff was nice and welcoming. A very positive experience. Sorry that I didn't find this dental practice years ago. .....what a huge difference from other dental practices.
My hygienist Lisa is really nice and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth!
Great technicians, prompt, pleasant, on time. Doctor very good at keeping me informed of what he was doing. Great staff.

Called received friendly greeting byreceptionist ,made appointment , drove to office, and was welcomed with friendly professional girls , and was seated for a few minutes then escorted back to office by receptionist .Dr McCoy greeted me and resolved my issue in a few Minutes and I was escorted out and welcomed to call back if needed any further assistance and was told to have a great day!

As always, Dr. Helsel does excellent work. His assistant was pleasant and attentive. Thank you for a job well done.
Got me in the very next day for severe tooth pain. Have been with Dr. McCoy for almost 20 years.
