No waiting time upon arrival. Dental technician Emily was friendly and very efficient. Very good experience .
I like the attention I receive from the hygienist & the use of newer equipment in the cleaning I received. Emily is very nice & I appreciate the fact that she seems to be the hygienist I have each visit.
Hating the trip to the dentist as much as I do Jennifer made my experience very comfortable and pretty much painless.

I had a chipped tooth that was driving me crazy for 3 days. Tried to contact my originally dentist but they were book so the referred me to Dentistry at Carolina Forest and as soon as we called them they set up an appointment on the same day and fixed my chipped tooth. They were very professional and helpful. Highly recommended!
Staff is so friendly , and knowledgeable ! Professional, great chair side manor. Dentist does all the repairs . Dentist wants to educate and explain all Concerns.
I have never had a bad experience there. All of the staff have been so kind. The techs are all great and Dr. Hensel is awesome and Emily Hardee is awesome to.
