Dr Hetzel is always so gentle, explains exactly what to expect. Thoroughly explains your treatment plan before anything is done. I never feel any pain. Dentist sadly are not my favorite to see😞 Star was fantastic my visit went smoothly even though it lasted 4 hours but that was expected ❤️A++++++++ Always recommend Dr Hetzel

Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Dr.Mark McCoy is an excellent dentist. The best dentist I have ever had by far.. Modern equipment and a super clean office. I have seen two hygienists and both were excellent.

Friendly & very knowledgeable staff. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I’ve been going to Dentistry at Carolina Forest for almost 20 years and I’ve always been well taken care of. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs.
