Always a good experience! Always feel well cared for and confident in all the procedures from cleaning to more complicated work.
Happy patient I had to wait for the dentist after my cleaning for a long time because he was with another patient. I know there are priorities, but it was a little frustrating
ok I would have liked to have had the dentist come in after my teeth cleaning in order to double check if all was well. It is also good customer service.
SO SO Received a phone call, text message and an e-mail to remind me of the appointment. It did seem a bit over the top.
