frustrated and sad....bad experience Good afternoon! Most of the problem was me. I had not been for a cleaning in about 18 months, but while the hygienist tried to be friendly and patient, I could tell that she thought I was overreacting. Love dentist, love hygenist... receptionist does not impress me whatsoever. the fragrance of perfume and/or hair products was overwhelming when I entered the reception area.the receptionist and a hygienist, that I do not know, where in that area. I have allergies and neither Belinda nor Dr Grosso ever have a scent that is irritating.
A-OK The cleaning was slightly more painful than my previous visits. I've had cleanings at this office by 2 other hygienists with no pain. Perhaps it was my teeth or gums this time, or maybe the technique was different? The scraping was fine, but the "water jet thing" was painful in areas I've never had pain before.
Frustration Unfortunately my tooth couldn't be retreated so I will have to remove the tooth.
Skilled Professionals Last visit for cleaning, x-rays, and florine treatment by Belinda who in my opinion is very skilled and always has a pleasant personality
