Saw Dr. Cisternas this week. Saw Dr. Cisternas this week. Thought he was wonderful. The whole staff is friendly and courteous. The office is really high tech and the doctor is so knowledgeable and takes time to listen to everything you say. There is virtually no waiting time. Just loved my experience!
