Absolutely The BEST Care
It was a very good experience . The dental hygienist is great my teeth feel very clean and she lets me know if I need to have any further treatment done.
Very kind, friendly. Everyone treats you like you are special. I’ve been a patient here since I was 14 years old. I’m now 74. It’s true that the personnel have changed but the quality of care remains excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I am terrified of dentists and have to be sedated for any treatment. These people understand and respect that. My internist orders the sedation that I take 1 hour before my appointment. During the dental work, I am given Nitrous oxide. All the people at this practice "get it" with my situation. Everyone is very welcoming and supportive. I give them 1000 gold stars.
Dr. Zarinnia and his team are outstanding and unparalleled in my dental experience. I used to LOATHE going to the dentist, and I mean it when I say I genuinely look forward to my cleanings now because of the care, consideration, and overall atmosphere of the Encino Group. Adrianna is their head administrator and she is delightful and extremely helpful. Ani is my usual dental hygienist and she has made some of my more problematic treatments seamless and painless. Very nice staff. One receptionist was very kind, to my daughter, and even turned tv channel to something a 4 year old would like. As a single mother, it's hard finding babysitters, so unfortunately I had to take my daughter to my appointment. Xray wasn't too uncomfortable. Usually they kind of hurt. This time the xray tech took her time, and made sure I was relaxed. The dentist herself was also very kind, and didn't make me feel bad for having awful teeth. This great dental office. The entire personnel is w warm and welcoming. Dr. Zarinnia’s approach is on the conservative side; no need to spend money on non relevant non essential procedures. He is a great dentist that makes sure he completes his procedures with the least amount of pain as possible. I recommend this dental office.
Debbie provided a thorough exam and a gentle, thorough cleaning. My teeth sparkle now.
