Stood at front counter for 17 minutes with no help and walked out Came in for my appointment on Novemeber 8th at 8:43 cause my appointment was at 9am no one helped me. I stood at the front counter for 17 minutes then walked out. Terrible business practice. The women in back saw me there, but continued try to sell someone on finance products, instead of checking me in. Will not come back or recommend your office....Read More

The dentist just want to withdraw our insurance money I have 2 problems: 1. Since the beginning I told them that my family and I will not do any treatment that are not under my insurance's coverage. But then, after some treatment, there are bills coming with increasing amount when we neglected it. 2. Late hours required! I work 8-5pm and when I first started going to this office, I was told late appointments could be arranged so I wouldn't have to take too much time off work; however every time I've tried to make a late appointment nothing is available. I'm disappointed and feel deceived.
