It is just a business It is just a business for them. If you don't ask for free included procedures, they will not tell you or offer them to you. The lady from the front end office is not customer oriented. Last experience was sad, it was all about money Doctor charged me over $200 for a job that he new was not going to work. It failed in less than a week. But they lost a good patient because I found a honest dentist that is doing the rest of the work from me for being dishonest .
