Noticed that staff arrived after Noticed that staff arrived after I did. I was first appt for the day and still had to wait 10 min before being called back. Also, crown did not fit so had to have another impression and temp placed back. Upon leaving. Was told in passing by doc...”we’ll get it right next time.”

Late Waited for appointment over 30 min.. was early appt. no one comes out to say anything. Plenty of other good dentist who take time to communicate delays. My time is just as valuable

Not happy with the dentist I've been going to this office for many years .I really miss how personable the previous dentist was. I felt that she cared about my dental health. I don't think the new dentist really cares about my dental health rather that he's just doing a job. I like Dr Dillon she is great! The only thing that bothers me is that I was referred to Dr Dillon by a friend and now she is leaving. I came in for my first visit/cleaning and was not informed that it was her last week there. Now I have to find another dentist. I'm very disappointed with that.

Great practice We have been going here for about 6 years and are very happy with the practice. They do their job and do not apply any pressure to get other procedures done. They leave that up to you.

Not going back After treatment and three days later my gums still hurt. I had the worst headache from the procedure.
