SUBSTITUTE HYGIENIST Dr. Butterworth was wonderful as always. I had a substitute hygienist (Kelly was out due to a funeral), she was very personable but a little on the rough side. she even mentioned that she saw in my records that my gums were sensitive, still seemed to be more aggressive and painful.
