MEET MICHAEL SIMMONS, DMD, FAGD, MSc, MPH Dr. Michael Simmons received his D.M.D. from The University of Pennsylvania school of dental medicine in 1981. After 5 years in general dental practice, he returned to UCLA to complete two years training in TMJ and pain management. He has lectured internationally and has served as a part time lecturer at UCLA since 1987. In addition he is a clinical assistant professor at USC.

Dr. Simmons is the best dentist I've ever been to If anyone has a fear of dentists, please give Dr. Simmons a chance. He explains everything thoroughly, makes you feel completely at ease and never rushes through any procedure. I was scared of dentists before I went to his office but now I keep my appointments.

I found a very caring dentist! My son Michael is autistic. I was very afraid that I will not find a dentist who will be willing to understand his special needs. Dr. Simmons accepted the challenge. My son was treated with respect and compassion. The dental surgery took 2.5 hours and it was well worth it.
