Very friendly staff at this place , everyone was very polite and helpful, no wait time for my appointment and they even took me in ten minutes early. I am very impressed with how everything went 😊😊😊
Danbury location. The entire staff behave in the most professional manner. Be sure to make an appointment and review this dental practice yourself. Poor reviews come from patients who don’t like to follow the rules of the practice. The manager of the Danbury location is absolutely 💯. Nomi is helpful and kind and treats patients with respect and compassion. However he does have a job to do and this is not a free clinic. I was referred to this office by someone i know and she told me new england dental was really good. I had my first appointment with them and they EXCEEDED my expectations. The woman at the front desk was so kind and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff and dentist also very kind and eased my anxiety throughout the process. I would recommend them and give them 10 stars if i could! I haven’t gone to the danbury office but I’m sure they are just as great. I was seen in the brookfield office.
The “cheapest” dentist in town actually has a great staff to boot! From their kind and personable receptionist to their in room dentil assistants who are always at the top of their game at work it seems. You will get treated respectfully and in a timely manner. I do recommend New England dental to many.
