i went to this office earlier this year 2015,and got 6 porcelain veneers done,at which time i was told i should have a intentional rout canal done on one tooth after she filed the tooth down to much to the nerve,having never had a rout canal done before,the procedure was not explained to me and the tooth she did turned black and taste like rot in my mouth and the dentist still placed the veneer...
I called to make a make an appointment to see an orthodontist as my son needed braces. The receptionist took my info as well as my Dental Insurance information to set up a consultation with the orthodontist. She than said they would give us a comprehensive dental exam that is normally $75 but our insurance would probably pay for it. I declined as I feel my insurance company would not allow...
These people suck do not go there Danbury or Brookfield office, they are uncaring and have no idea what you are going through and will not work with you in the slightest. They secretaries act like they don't give a s""" if you go there or not. And it is so filthy, if you don't believe me go look at the lights they hang over your mouth and you will see the dried smeared spit stains
Went for the first time and the women were so rude. I went solely for a consultation and the female dentist and her assistant were not one bit friendly. They seemed annoyed having to even see me and it was only a Wednesday at 10 am. The receptionist was even worse, at one point she even told me I must have heard wrong and waved a paper at me. I felt so disrespected I had to go back inside to...
Don't go here. They kept my da... Don't go here. They kept my daughter and I waiting for over two hours in the waiting room. When they brought us to an exam room it took another half hour wait! Then to top it off it took 5 tries for the anesthesiologist to put in the iv successfully. I will be searching for another orthodontist
