Computer Problems 1. You sent me appointment confirmations for an appointment which I did not have. 2. You sent me a bill (balance due upon receipt) for a procedure I have not yet had.
Not such a great experience Long time patient... Love my dentists - they're great. Hygienist seems to let her personal opinions affect her professional treatment & became very defensive when questioned. I left with feeling of 'what was that all about?' Actually wondering whether I am comfortable continuing to go there after this visit...
